General Questions
Elore Apparel is a UAE-based custom apparel company specializing in premium-quality T-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, jerseys, corporate uniforms, safety uniforms (PPE), mugs, tote bags, caps, and promotional merchandise. We also provide DTF printing, embroidery, vinyl printing, and sublimation services for individuals, businesses, schools, churches, and organizations.
We are based in Ajman, United Arab Emirates, and proudly serve customers throughout the UAE.

Yes. Many of our products are available with no minimum order quantity, making them perfect for personal use or gifts.
Yes. We provide discounted pricing for bulk orders, corporate uniforms, schools, churches, sports teams, events, and promotional merchandise. Contact us for a custom quotation.

Yes. Mixed sizes are available for most products.
Yes. Depending on product availability, you can mix colors within the same order.
Custom Printing
Absolutely. You can upload your logo, artwork, or design during checkout or when requesting a quotation.
Yes. If you don't have artwork, our team can assist you with creating a custom design based on your ideas.

High-resolution JPG files may also be accepted.

We'll recommend the most suitable method based on your order.
Embroidery generally offers the highest durability for logos and uniforms, while DTF and vinyl printing provide excellent quality and durability for custom apparel when cared for properly.
Products
Yes. We offer anime-inspired apparel and custom anime designs for personal use, subject to applicable intellectual property laws.
Yes. We offer faith-inspired apparel featuring Bible verses, inspirational messages, and Christian-themed designs.
Yes. We supply customized uniforms for companies, restaurants, hotels, construction firms, schools, churches, and many other organizations.
Yes. We produce custom jerseys for sports teams, events, schools, and organizations.
Yes. We also customize a variety of promotional items, including mugs, tote bags, and caps.
Production
Typical production times are:
- Personal Orders: 2–5 business days
- Bulk Orders: Based on quantity and design requirements
Production times may vary during busy periods.
Changes may be possible before production begins. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Shipping
Most UAE deliveries arrive within 1–4 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Yes. Selected promotions include Free UAE Delivery, such as our Buy Any 3 T-Shirts for AED99 promotion, when applicable.
Where available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.
Returns
Because most of our products are customized, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a production defect or an error on our part.
Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.
If we send the wrong item or there is a production error, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. We will review your request and work with you to resolve the issue.
Promotions
Simply add any three eligible T-shirts to your cart. The promotional price will be applied automatically at checkout. If the promotion includes Free UAE Delivery, it will also be applied automatically when the qualifying conditions are met.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts or special offers.
Payment
We offer several secure and convenient payment options to make your shopping experience easy:
- Tabby – Buy now and pay later with flexible installment options (subject to Tabby's approval and terms).
- Credit & Debit Cards – Secure online payments powered by Stripe.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available for eligible orders within the UAE.
- Bank Transfer – Available upon request. Our bank details will be provided once your order or quotation is confirmed.
All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways to help protect your information.
Yes. We offer Tabby as a Buy Now, Pay Later payment option for eligible purchases. During checkout, simply select Tabby and follow the on-screen instructions. Approval and installment options are determined by Tabby according to their terms and conditions.
